The Sitka Hobo Knife
This multi-functional utensil is crafted by the highly-renowned knife-makers W.R.Case & Sons and is assembled with only the finest of materials.
This item features a 3-piece design that can separated into a knife, a fork and a spoon. The Hobo Knife also offers a bottle/tin opener for meals on the move.
This model now includes a very special design feature which is the use of reclaimed antique river log wood. This wood originated from timbers harvested during the great logging booms of the late 18th and 19th centuries and was reclaimed from the rivers of Kentucky. These logs have been preserved by deep, cold water and the absence of light and oxygen for more than 200 years.
The utensils are made with Chrome Vanadium (CV) which is a special formula of alloyed cutlery steel known for its ease of re-sharpening.
*Each knife comes with a certificate of authenticity from W.R.Case and Sons and a Limited Warranty.
